1. Overview

WonderWeaver ("we," "us," or "our") provides a creative storytelling platform accessible through our app and website. These Terms govern your use of WonderWeaver and all related services, whether free or paid.

WonderWeaver is currently operated as a personal project under development and not yet incorporated as a company. These Terms apply equally during the pre-launch and testing phases.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must provide a valid parent email address to create an account.
• By registering, you confirm that you are a parent, guardian or a teacher and at least 18 years old.
• Accounts are intended for parents creating or supervising stories for children.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

If we become aware that a child under 13 (US) or under 16 (EU) has created an account without parental consent, the account will be deleted.

3. Use of WonderWeaver

You agree to use WonderWeaver only for lawful purposes and in a way appropriate for children. You must not upload, create, or share content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on others' rights.

4. Ownership and Content

4.1 WonderWeaver Content

All stories, characters, narration voices, illustrations, templates, and materials provided within WonderWeaver are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of WonderWeaver.

4.2 User-Generated Content

Free, Weaver and Master Accounts: You agree that all stories and creative works generated through your account become the property of WonderWeaver. WonderWeaver may use this content for examples, improvement, or internal features, or any other way it sees fit.

Wizard Accounts (Premium Tier): You retain full ownership of your stories. You grant us a limited license to host and display them within your account. You may export, publish, or share your stories freely.

4.3 User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that any material you input (names, prompts, uploads) does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Privacy and Data

WonderWeaver uses only one authentication cookie (connect.sid) to keep you logged in. No tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies are used. Your email and session data are stored securely in a PostgreSQL database. We do not share or sell your data.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

WonderWeaver may include free and paid tiers. Paid-tier accounts require payment. Some of them (Wizard account) include story ownership and export features. Fees are billed in advance and non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

WonderWeaver is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uninterrupted access, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.
